Holo uses credits for content generation and edits. Each action (like generating an image, creating an email, or producing a video) costs a set number of credits, so you always know what you’re spending and can plan your output.
👉 You receive the monthly credits included in your plan, plus 5 free daily credits on the days you log in. You can also purchase top-ups anytime for extra capacity.
Credits make it easy to create on your schedule — whether you’re generating a few assets a day or producing content in bigger batches.

Plan credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle. If you have a quarterly or yearly subscription, your remaining monthly credits roll over to the next month until the end of the billing period.
Daily free credits
You receive 5 free credits on any day you log in.
These credits stay valid for 24 hours from the time you receive them.
After 24 hours, you can get another 5 free credits the next time you log in.
What do credits pay for?
Credits are used when you generate or edit content.
Images, emails, and social content
Most basic actions cost 1 credit.
Examples:
Image generation
Email creation or editing
Social post creation
Image upscale or erase
Video creation
Video uses more credits because it requires more processing.
Typical ranges:
Short image-to-video clip: about 5 credits
B-roll video: 4 to 10 credits
AI UGC or video clone: 6 to 18 credits
Video script generation: 11 to 22 credits
Lip-sync video
Lip-sync is priced by duration:
0.41 credits per second
Example:
3-minute video → about 74 credits
What happens if I run out of credits?
You have three simple options:
Wait for your 5 free daily credits to refresh
Wait for your next billing cycle
Purchase a top-up pack to continue immediately
Top-ups never expire, so you can use them anytime.
How to top up credits?
You can top up credits any time by going to Settings → Credits → Add credits. We have 3 flexible options to choose from based on your usage needs. Top-up credits will appear in your account shortly after purchasing.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan after purchasing a subscription.
All users start on Starter, and you can upgrade to:
Scale for more monthly output
Agency for full production capacity and team usage
Upgrading gives you more credits and higher limits right away. To upgrade your plan, go to Settings → Credits.
What happens if I cancel?
When your subscription ends:
Remaining plan credits expire
Top-up credits also expire
No further charges occur
