Onboarding
When you log in to Holo for the first time — or when you add a brand — you’ll go through a quick onboarding flow. It helps Holo understand your business so we can generate the most accurate, on-brand content for you. Here’s what the process looks like:
Add your website URL
You’ll be greeted with a welcome screen. Click Continue in the lower-right corner to get started. Enter your website link and click Continue. This helps Holo understand your brand automatically.

You can still use Holo even if you don’t have a website. Just click the "Don't have a website?" button and fill in your brand details manually.
Review your brand details
Holo will show you everything it found on your website — your logo, brand description, colors, and more. Take a moment to look through it and fill in anything that’s missing.
A few tips while you're here: 🔵 Make sure your logo is high quality (transparent background works best). 🎯 Select all the niches that make sense for your brand — this helps Holo tailor your content. 🎨 Add your brand colors to keep everything consistent across your creatives.
Once everything looks right, click Continue.
Add your products or services
Any products or services detected on your website will appear automatically on the left side.
At the moment, Holo can automatically upload up to 10 products from your website. If you have more, you will have to upload them manually. You can do it during the setup or whenever it's convenient to you in the DNA → Products section.
If something is missing, you can:
Paste the product URL for a quick import, or
Add it manually with a title and images
Add and edit products
You can edit or delete any existing product by clicking on it.
To add more items, click Add product manually.

Add product title, description and photos. Click Save Product after adding or editing.

You’ll know it’s saved when you see Delete and Save changes instead of Save Product.
‼️You need at least 1 product to continue.
When you’re happy with your list, click Continue.
All done! You’ve completed onboarding — time to explore Holo!
If something goes wrong, try the troubleshooting tips first. If the issue continues, send us a message at [email protected] and we’ll take it from there.
