# Cancel Subscription

We’ll be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your Holo subscription anytime in just a few steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on **Settings icon** in the lower-left corner.
3. Select **Account** **→ Manage → Cancel subscription**.
4. Fill out the short feedback form.

Once you complete the form and confirm the cancellation, your subscription will be canceled but will stay active until the end of your current billing period.

‼️To **fully cancel** your subscription, you need to **decline the offers** to pause your subscription or apply the Founder's discount. If you accept any of them, your subscription won't be canceled — it will continue under the accepted offer.

You will not automatically receive a refund if you cancel within 14 days of subscribing. To be considered for a refund, you must contact our Support team at <support@tryholo.ai> within the 14-day window.​
