# Video Variations

Generate multiple versions of an existing video while keeping the original concept and product. Adjust the format, duration, assets, and messaging to quickly create new creative angles.

### Best for

* Testing new hooks
* Refreshing top-performing videos
* Creating platform-specific versions
* Generating multiple ad concepts from one video

> **Tip:** Start with a high-quality source video. Better input videos produce better variations.

## How to Use

### 1. Select or upload a video

Choose the video you'd like to use as your reference.

You can:

* Select a video from your library
* Upload your own video (MP4, MOV, or WebM, up to 50 MB)

After selecting your video, click **Use Video**.

### 2. Adjust generation settings

Customize how your video variations will be generated.

Choose:

* **Aspect ratio**
  * Square
  * Story
  * Landscape
* **Duration**
  * Choose the desired length for each generated video
* **Number of videos**
  * Select how many video variations to generate
* **Product**
  * Choose which product the generated videos should feature
* **Assets**
  * Select which product images or assets to use for the generated videos

When you're finished, click **Get Prompts**.

### 3. Choose or edit your prompt

Holo generates several prompt ideas based on your selected video, product, assets, and Brand DNA.

You can:

* Select one of the suggested prompts
* Edit any suggested prompt
* Generate a new set of prompt ideas
* Write your own custom prompt

Once you're happy with your prompt, generate your video variations.
