# Social platforms

Connecting your social media accounts allows Holo to generate, schedule, and publish content directly to your connected platforms.

At the moment, Holo supports connecting **Facebook** and **Instagram**.

### Connect Your Social Accounts

To connect your accounts:

1. Open the **Socials** tab from the left sidebar.
2. If your accounts are not connected, you'll see the **Connect social media accounts** screen.
3. Click **Connect** next to **Facebook** or **Instagram**.
4. A Meta login window will open.
5. Sign in with your Facebook account and follow Meta's authorization steps.
6. Grant the requested permissions to allow Holo to access your connected pages and Instagram accounts.
7. Once complete, you'll be returned to Holo with your account connected.

### What Happens After Connecting?

After connecting your social accounts, Holo can:

* Generate social media content tailored to your brand.
* Build content plans and posting strategies.
* Create platform-specific creatives and captions.
* Schedule posts directly to your connected accounts.
* Display publishing tasks and recommendations in your Socials dashboard.

Once your accounts are connected, you can begin creating, reviewing, and scheduling posts directly from Holo.<br>
