# Calendar

The **Calendar** helps you plan content in advance, stay consistent, and manage your publishing schedule across all connected social platforms. Generate a full week of content, review everything in one place, and schedule posts to publish automatically.

Think of the Calendar as your weekly content planner. You choose the platforms, posting frequency, and topics, while Holo generates draft posts that you can review before they go live.

### What you can do in Calendar

* Plan content weeks in advance for all connected social platforms.
* Create separate schedules for each platform.
* Generate a full week of AI-powered post ideas and captions.
* Review and edit posts before publishing.
* Schedule posts to publish automatically on your selected date and time.
* Monitor account performance with follower, engagement, reach, and impression statistics.
* Track your best-performing posts to help guide future content.

**Before you start**

Make sure your social accounts are connected. Calendar can only publish to connected platforms.

### Social Performance Overview

At the top of the Calendar, you'll find an overview of your selected account's performance.

Available metrics include:

* Followers
* Engagement
* Reach
* Impressions

You can also:

* Switch between connected platforms.
* Change the reporting date range.
* View daily follower growth over time.

These insights help you understand how your content is performing while planning future posts.

### How to generate a new week of content

#### Open Calendar

Open the **Calendar** tab from the **Social Media** section.

#### Select your platform

Choose the connected social platform you want to plan content for.

#### Create your weekly schedule

Click an empty day or the **+** button to begin planning.

Holo will generate content suggestions based on your selections.

#### Generate your posts

Click **Generate** and wait a moment while Holo creates your weekly content.

Once complete, your calendar will automatically populate with draft posts.

### How to review and schedule posts

#### Open a scheduled post

Click any post in the calendar to review it.

#### Review the details

Before scheduling, you can edit:

* Caption
* Images or videos
* Scheduled date
* Scheduled time
* Social platform

Make any changes you'd like before publishing.

#### Schedule the post

When everything looks right, click **Schedule**.

Your post will automatically publish at the selected time.

#### Remove a post (optional)

If you no longer want a scheduled post, simply delete it from the calendar.

### Top Performing Posts

The **Top Performing Posts** section highlights your highest-performing published content.

Use it to:

* Discover what resonates with your audience.
* Find inspiration for future posts.
* Recreate successful content with new angles.

### Tips for smoother planning

* Use the platform selector to switch between different social accounts.
* Review every generated post before scheduling to ensure it matches your brand voice.
* Use your top-performing posts as inspiration for future content strategies.

Once your posts are scheduled, your Calendar becomes a visual publishing plan, allowing Holo to handle the timing while you stay focused on creating great content.
