If Holo isn’t a perfect fit for you, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee to make sure you feel confident trying the platform. Here’s how to request a refund and what to expect.
Refund Eligibility
You can request a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
Your request is submitted within 14 days of your initial subscription date.
You have created fewer than 35 content pieces.
Your subscription was purchased directly from www.tryholo.ai.
If more than 14 days have passed from your initial purchase, or you’ve created more than 35 content pieces, we won’t be able to process a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate your refund:
Email us at [email protected].
Include the last 4 digits of the card you paid with and the purchase date.
Add a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund (this helps us improve).
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing
Once your request is approved:
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
You can expect to see the funds within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that any custom services or consulting provided by Holo are non-refundable.
