If Holo isn’t a perfect fit for you, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee to make sure you feel confident trying the platform. Here’s how to request a refund and what to expect.

Refund Eligibility

You can request a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your request is submitted within 14 days of your initial subscription date.

  • You have created fewer than 35 content pieces.

  • Your subscription was purchased directly from www.tryholo.aiarrow-up-right.

If more than 14 days have passed from your initial purchase, or you’ve created more than 35 content pieces, we won’t be able to process a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate your refund:

  1. Include the last 4 digits of the card you paid with and the purchase date.

  2. Add a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund (this helps us improve).

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your request is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • You can expect to see the funds within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that any custom services or consulting provided by Holo are non-refundable.
