Inbox
Inbox brings your Facebook and Instagram messages and comments into one place, so you can reply faster without jumping between apps. It’s especially handy when you’re creating content in Holo and want to stay on top of engagement at the same time.
You’ll find Inbox in the left-side menu.
Before you start: connect Facebook and Instagram
To see messages and comments in Inbox, you need to connect your Meta accounts:
Click your brand name in the lower-left corner
Go to Settings → Integrations
Connect your Facebook and Instagram pages
Once connected, your Facebook and Instagram conversations will start showing up in Inbox.
