Calendar

Holo’s Calendar helps you plan content in advance and stay consistent without having to create and post every day. You can generate a full week of posts, review everything in one place, and schedule posts to go live automatically.

Think of Calendar as your weekly content planner. You decide the platforms, topics, and posting frequency — Holo generates the draft posts, and you approve what goes live.

What you can do in Calendar

  • Plan content weeks ahead for the platforms you’ve connected to Holo.

  • Create separate schedules per platform (so Instagram and LinkedIn don’t have to look the same).

  • Generate weekly post drafts based on topics (Holo suggests topics, but you can write your own).

  • Review and schedule posts with the correct caption, date, time, and channel.

  • Add content from other sources by scheduling assets from your Library or uploading from your device.

How to generate a new week of content

1

Open Calendar and start a new week

Open Calendar and click Plan new week.

2

Select platforms

Choose which connected platforms you want included in this week’s plan (for example: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, X).

You can create different weekly plans by selecting different platforms each time.

3

Choose topics

Holo will suggest topic ideas, and you can also add your own. These topics guide what Holo generates for the week.

4

Set how often you want to post

Choose how many content pieces you want per platform (for example, how many image posts or stories per week).

5

Create the week

Click Create, then wait a moment while Holo generates your posts. Once ready, you’ll see your Calendar filled with new posts.

How to review and schedule posts

1

Open a post in “Review”

Newly generated posts appear in a Review state. Click any post card to open it.

2

Check the details

Review the key items:

  • Caption text

  • Scheduled date and time

  • Selected platform/channel

Make any adjustments you need while reviewing.

3

Schedule it

When everything looks right, click Schedule. Your post is now scheduled and will publish automatically at the chosen time.

Once the post goes live, its status will change to Posted.

Helpful tips for smoother planning

  • Use the platform filter: If you’re managing multiple channels, use the platform dropdown (e.g., “All platforms”) to focus on one at a time.

  • Start simple, then refine: Your first planned week can be broad. Once you see what performs well, tighten topics and posting frequency.

  • Keep platform tone in mind: The same topic can work across platforms, but captions often perform better when they’re tailored per channel.

Once you’ve scheduled your posts, your Calendar becomes a clear, visual plan for the week — so you can stay consistent while Holo handles the timing.
